Our Indooroopilly unit property had to be sold after the passing of our parents and it was a very emotional time. The pace of communication through personal phone calls, emails and txt was consistent and respectful. Martin worked extremely well with our tenants and rental agent which made entry and preparation for sale a positive experience for everyone. I attended the first Open House and, as I told my family, the unit was presented in the best condition possible - I was very impressed with the Martin’s effort. There was another Belle Representative at the entry to Norwood Place which gave the existing residences of Norwood Place comfort of security. We were realistic sellers, but having said that we can imagine how hard Martin worked with the new buyers to bring their signatures onto the bottom line.
