Martin... Cody and I don't know where to start. Finding Martin through a Facebook post was the best thing that could have ever happened. Cody and I had no idea what we were getting into with selling our house as we had never done it before. Martin explained things very well and kept us updated with every step that we needed to do. Open homes were a blast! Martin made them fun and relaxed. First open home I was a mess and so worried that we hadn't done enough to the house to make it presentable. Martin rocked up and praised everything we had done and told me that he should be the one stressing, not me! Open homes for a month straight and visits in between, it was hard trying to keep the house presentable with 2 kids and a husband and I was constantly cleaning things every day, Martin said every time he came the house was perfect which helped with my nerves. Martin was available to text any hour of the day (I don't think he ever stops working) which was amazing. The communication between him and us was unreal. He kept us up to date with every movement he made. A few moments through our time with Martin, we forgot that he was our Real Estate Agent. He was just f***ing amazing.
