Martin worked in a very professional and informed way. He honestly answered questions and made suggestions that were in line with the actual market demand. We had a couple of difficulties from buyers who signed the contract and then had to drop out due to finances, Martin although disappointed, as we were took it all in his positive stride and found us a better buyer and a higher price. All I can end with is Martin would be my first choice of agent next time.

Martin had been the agent I bought a house through 11 years ago. So when my parents decided to sell I knew who I wanted. We did the usual get 4 agents on Tuesday.
