Marty Deacon

Marty was down to earth, happy to assist, especially patient with me as being a first home owner and would recommend Marty in assisting me with finding any other future homes

Marty works very hard in difficult markets to find the right buyer prepared to pay the right price.

Marty was professional, quick, considerate and capable. If you want someone who knows the local community, works alongside you and can support you throughout the process; Marty is the only choice.

Marty demonstrated an excellent knowledge and professionalism whilst being cognisant of people needs giving me an excellent result

He brought coffee and Tim Tams for our coffee break out in the bush. No need to say anymore.

Marty has extensive knowledge of the area he services. He has a huge data base of prospective purchasers for properties, before he lists. Our property was on the market with another agent for 18 months, with minimal inspections. We called Marty, he came out, signed us up, and we had someone through within the hour. We had 3 further inspections within 2 months, which resulted in a no fuss sale. Marty achieved the price we discussed with him. Our property was of the type which wouldn't appeal to many. So for Marty to achieve a sale in such a short time, proves to us that choosing Elders to manage our sale was the right move. Thanks to Marty and the Elders team.
