Little did I know about Marvin Dayupay. Who he is and what can he do as a Real Estate Agent for Nidus Group Rooty Hill. That was when Larrie and I first met Marvin in January 2020 when we intend to put our house in the market. We were not 100% ready then, so no contract emanated. After a year, on 16 January 2021, we met Marvin again. Lucky I still have his old calling card, called Nidus, and was told Marvin is no longer connected with Nidus. I asked for his whereabouts and I was told he went bigtime already, managing his own real estate business. I searched for Marvin in FB and get in contact with him. The photo shoot was so meticulously done, great team! After a week or so the finished product was shown to us and we were in awe at the outcome of the production. Online ads became live on 5 February 2021. First open house was set on 13 February 2021. Response was overwhelming when Marvin provided us report. First offer to buy accepted. First buyer fell out before the cooling off period expires. Marvin and his team did schedule an open house straight away. Second open house on 27 February 2021 Marvin received a second offer. 10 March 2021, 32 Assunta St Rooty Hill was officially sold. That is how fast, organized, well prepared Marvin and his team.
