Although my experience was not the best due to the owners leaving the place in disgusting condition with rubbish etc. Marvin made the transaction easy and made sure i was paid for the cleaning i had to do. Marvin was apologetic for the owner's actions, so as an agent, Marvin was good. It is just unfortunate that i ended up with horrible vendors.
