I found Marvin Wong to be most courteous, attentive and efficient. He was pleasant in his communications with me and kept me informed of any progress. Unfortunately, he wasn't always available so he did find another agent, James, who assisted me with the final stages of the purchase. All went well, obviously, however I daresay that not all credit could go to Marvin as James assisted in the final negotiations of the sale.
