I and my husband were first home buyer and did not know much about buying a house here in Brisbane. Marvin helped me purchase my second piece of land and although I haven't dealt with a lot of real estate agents, Marvin has gone above and beyond of what I believe a real estate agent is required to do. Yes we met the standard criteria that most real estate agents aim for, but he consistently went above and beyond. Meeting with us after dinner to sign papers as our schedule required this, following up with our solicitors on our behalf, making sure both parties solicitors are on time. Marvin acted like a project manager during this process and with his faciliation in place, our purchase was settled with no issues. Not only that, but we were selling a property at the same time through another agent. When problems occurred with that, Marvin not only offered us advise and assistance, but he called our realtor and got things fixed and moving as well! This was when I knew he was the real deal as he did NOT have to help us with this as it had nothing to do with him but he showed how much he cares for his customers. I cannot fault anything that Marvin has done and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. He works hard, is always professional and courteous.
