Marin is a very energetic and passionate about selling. After the few phone calls, I decided to give him a go , and put our property in his hand to sell even tough we have not met before. He is very honest, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable of marketing trend . He made some suggestion of the fixing up the property before going on to the market, and he had this all done within 2 weeks with his contacts of tradesmen, and im happy with the work they've done. Marvin has kept us updated on the progress on new leads, open home inspections, feedback from the prospects every few days, and informed us on every important days between the contract sale and the settlement.
