I had a bad experience with several agents. They always over promised and did nothing. Marvin was completely different. I was tough on every agent and asked for more money than my house was worth. They all said they could. Marvin actually took the time to educate me how to get it, and what my possibilities were. Unfortunately, the first agent from Arena wasted our time and money. Within a day of letting Marvin (owner) know of our concerns, he swooped in and proved his service and professionalism was far superior to most real estate agents. Marvin was in constant communication with us, updating and guiding us during the process, always in a timely manner. We were very grateful for this attention to detail, as the property was sold within several weeks once he 'took the reins'.
