Mary-Ann Fallon assisted me with the purchase of my new first home unit. I found her very competent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She has excellent communication skills. Although I was suffering from some personal medical and family issues at the time, Mary-Ann was invariably understanding and sympathetic. I was appreciative of her bright and cheerful personality and sense of humour at what was a stressful time for me. A misunderstanding regarding the deadline for a building inspection was due to my inexperience and being distracted by some personal issues. She was always available to talk to me via phone or SMS when I needed to discuss any issues with her. Ive heard alot of horror stories from friends and family about what they went through buying their first houses, but for me It could not have been easier.
