Mary has just sold a second property for us. I'm a very busy professional and Mary sorted everything out for us and got a fast sale at a great price. Mary organised the styling and minor repairs needed. She was very flexible with private viewings for potential buyers. She had done her homework and knew all the details of the property so could answer queries appropriately. She was persistent in following up potential buyers and had multiple offers within the two weeks of going on the market with offer accepted just 19 days of going on the market at $70,000 more than starting price! She was then just as persistent liaising with the conveyancer to resolve queries resulting in an exchanged contract within 4 weeks of the advertising starting. I can't recommend her highly enough!
