Mat Davey

It was genuinely great to meet Mat, Martine and Tanya while looking at open homes all in the space of one hour! They were down-to-earth, listened and were willing to problem solve my particular situation, The team went out of their way to keep a house open for a few minutes so that I could make the next inspection., This was so appreciated and made the whole experience feel very personal. It’s refreshing to come across agents who are so helpful, attentive and invested in helping people find the right home.

The whole team were amazing. Mat went above and beyond to get an amazing result for me.

Matt was easy to deal with and answered all our questions.

Found Mat very good and just an all round good guy to deal with

Always contactable and professional.

We recently purchased our block of land in Newport through Mat from Belle Property. Mat expertly guided us through challenging negotiations, achieving a fantastic result. Mats communication was outstanding, and he was always accommodating and helpful. We are thrilled with our new purchase, which would not have been possible without Mat's dedication and work ethic. We thank Mat and look forward to working with him on any of our future purchases or sales
