Rachele was very responsive and promptly returned any calls and enquires. She kept us up to date with what was happening regarding open house and any viewings. She has an excellent knowledge of the market and the local area. She is a great negotiator and we were happy with the result of the sale.

Rachele was pleasant and engaging when I interreacted with her, although there were some times in the process that I also interacted with the Principal of the company as well. The gift I received from Rachele was very appropriate and well thought out and a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

We never met Rachele, we spoke on the phone only. Her helpers were great. I found it very impersonal, we didn't even get a sold sign. That was disappointing. We had to collect the keys, got a small gift and no follow up. Nothing. But we did get the house we wanted and had great help from our conveyancer.
