We felt no "agent" manipulation and half truths, which were common with others while we looked for a house. Nothing was to much trouble for them as all our odd questions and requests were dealt with immediately. These guys ask "how high" when you ask them to jump. Support them, hire them, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

He had the photographer at the house within days and the house listed the next day, an open home that weekend and a signed contract the next day (above asking price might I add).
