Not your typical agent is old Mat Foley. He’s got a no BS approach, which we’re here for let’s be honest. You can trust him as your agent and know he will drive for the best result possible. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to sell my properties. 10/10 sell your property through Mat.
Matt is very professional, reliable and honest. He has got unique ideas to advertise the property. He is one the best in cairns.
WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED! That he’s not a real pirate… BUT VERY HAPPY! That our pockets are full of doubloons 😊 Captain Foley sailed our property for a mere 3 days before hitting port! There were many people waiting to take a peek and offers came flooding in! We can’t recommend Captain Mat Foley enough to guide you on your realestate voyage.
Mat was a personable agent who kept you up to date throughout the process of pruchasing a new property. He ensured that all items specifically needing to be adressed where resolved asap. In conclusion, Mat is a good real estate agent that gets the deal done.
Mat was great to deal with during the process of selling our house. Our family had lived in the house for a long time and some conversations were tough to have, but done with respect and a laugh. I would throughly recommend Mat to sell your home.
Matt was very professional in his dealings offering constructive advice and recommendations relating to the current state of the market. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make any decisions relating to a prospective sale which is a welcome change from comments I have heard over the years from friends.
Mat is a very pleasant person, keeping in touch on a regular basis & making suggestions to make the sale of the property more viable.
Mat gave us professional down to earth service, excellent to deal with, would highly recommend.
