As a tyre-kicker buyer, I was only a lukewarm lead, however Mathew followed me up at each step - open house, post open house, auction registration (which I dragged my feet on), reminded me to get to the auction, guided me through my first ever auction, and busted his butt to get me over the line to achieve a result for the seller! Then there was the follow up communication - helping to organise insurance, rental management and checking in weekly to see if there was anything he could do to help get to a smooth settlement day.
