It's difficult to choose an agent when selling a property. And it's a very important decision to make. Like all industries there is a mixture of quality! So how to make the choice? Do you want outstanding communication at all points in the process? Mathew communicated with me every day - he was direct and honest but most of all, very consistent in picking up the phone, sending regular market reports etc. Do you want someone who genuinely wants to get the best result for you? Alot will say they do, Mathew definately did. I felt at all times he was working as hard as he could - for me! Do you want someone who is very knowledgeable, confident in his approach and has a proven plan for success? Mathew was clear in how he wanted the campaign to run (4 weeks), the model he used was tried and tested, and he achieved what he had set out to do - get the best price for me. And he did. What more do you want? Oh, a good result! He definately achieved that. Yes it's a good market right now, however he was able to instill confidence that we would get the price he said he would - and we did. I simply would not use anyone else to sell a property. The entire experience was outstanding!
