Mathew was a good guy! He is energetic, motivated and proactive. He sold and talked and promoted and gathered folks for viewing despite horrid weather, pouring rains and a summer holiday season in the middle of things.. and we were renovating the place as well…Mathew was easy to reach every time - punctual when calling back, accommodated a broad range of requests from us since we were selling from outside of NSW. The process was made all the more smooth and efficient since Mathew was able to come alongside with negotiating a good deal in terms of commission as well as achieving the price for the unit we expected. Overall experience was 10/10 and we would not hesitate to recommend his expertise and gregarious ways to any prospective client in the future.
