Mathew was extremely thorough thru out the whole sale, from the negotiation stage , knowledge, communication to sealing the sale. Matt has the ability to meet you where your at and made you feel comfortable thru out the whole process Overall it was a very positive experience and couldn’t fault any part of the process Happy to recommend Matt to anyone who is looking for a realestate agent

Mathew was always willing to go above and beyond with my myriad questions and issues. He is very knowledgeable and made things very easy for me in navigating my first home purchase. Very highly recommended!

Mathew was excellent in allowing access & answering the many silly questions I had for him. He also helped with the final viewing where we decided that this was the place. Always helpful with taking calls & facilitating the negotiation. He could not have done anymore to help!

Mathew was a good guy! He is energetic, motivated and proactive. He sold and talked and promoted and gathered folks for viewing despite horrid weather, pouring rains and a summer holiday season in the middle of things.. and we were renovating the place as well…Mathew was easy to reach every time - punctual when calling back, accommodated a broad range of requests from us since we were selling from outside of NSW. The process was made all the more smooth and efficient since Mathew was able to come alongside with negotiating a good deal in terms of commission as well as achieving the price for the unit we expected. Overall experience was 10/10 and we would not hesitate to recommend his expertise and gregarious ways to any prospective client in the future.

Mathew is very knowledgeable of our local market in Hornsby so he was able to set expectations properly with us at the start. He is very professional and easy to work with, so to a vendor, it was not difficult to undergo a sale process as I thought it would be.

I have already given Mathew 5 stars and in my opinion no need to say anything else. it was easy and hassle free to make deal with Mathew. only took 2 weeks to sell my unit and I got more than I was willing to sell for.

Matt made the process of selling simple, communicated well and achieved a sale price in line with our expectations, within a good timeframe.

Right from the initial meeting at our place to the final negotiation, Mathew Ferraro and Adam Noakes were very professional in all aspects through the selling process. From our experience, we found that Mathew and Adam have a thorough knowledge about the suburb property market and their insights and trends were very accurate. We were guided throughout the process with up-to-date information through regular reports on the open homes. The strategies adopted were constantly discussed and we were appraised about the market feedback in a regular manner. We were highly impressed with the quick responsiveness by Mathew. We had a great success in selling our property and highly recommend Mathew , Adam and Stone Real Estate Hornsby.

I recently worked with Matt when purchasing my first home, and during the purchasing, Matt had been keeping my updated on properties around the area, incase my property fell through. (not just ones he was selling). Matt had kept me updated on everything i needed to know and was always available to answer questions.

Mathew was very professional & very hard working. Nothing was to hard, even on silly requests. We hope to use Mathews services again.

Matt helped me to sell my unit. His expertise, support and service was excellent and helped us to have a smooth process. Thanks a lot

Mathew answered his phone and reply all my message efficiently, and provide very clear answer for my questions. He is the professional real estate agent I expected. Thanks Mathew.
