Matilda was showing the property that I ultimately purchased. Our first meeting was very positive, she was personable, friendly and encouraging which I appreciated. There was a great balance of professionalism and easy natured banter which I respond well to. During the negotiation process Matilda was great with her communication and being available for questions and updates. It was a great start to a huge change and step forward in my world. Once the contract was signed there was a change to communication nature, and my requests and queries were not quite as high a priority as before. There were multiple issues before settlement and I felt that they weren’t addressed as they could have been. Understanding that once it moves into the settlement stage the Agent is less involved, the responses were definitely different than previously, and by the end of the process I definitely didn’t feel as valued which was highly disappointing.
