I had placed an offer on another property which came up with a major defect and Matilda contacted me around the same time asking whether I was still interested in the property. Of course I was, it was the one I had always wanted! I decided in the week leading up to auction, to go ahead and bid. I promptly arranged a building inspection and for my conveyancer to review the contract. She accommodated to my needs which also included arrangement of a private inspection. I've dealt with a few real estate agents- some are great and some not so good. Matilda is lovely and has great people skills. This makes a HUGE impact when it comes to closing the sale. I'm pleased that my experience as a buyer was seamless and a happy one.
