Matilda was a pleasure to deal with and was very accomodating when I decided to participate in an auction. I had placed an offer on another property which came up with a major defect and Matilda contacted me around the same time asking whether I was still interested in the property. Of course I was, it was the one I had always wanted! I decided in the week leading up to auction, to go ahead and bid. I promptly arranged a building inspection and for my conveyancer to review the contract. She accommodated to my needs which also included arrangement of a private inspection.
