Matt’s knowledge of the property and his quick responses to questions have been a great help. He combines professionalism with a friendly attitude, making the experience very positive.

Matt is very professional in his job and kept us informed along the process of the sale so that we knew what was happening after each open inspection and during the week with any inquiries that occurred. Our property was a bit of an unknown for the area so Matt advised in the end to go to Auction. Knowing what interest there was in the property was of course instrumental in helping us set a price. We were happy with the price the property achieved at Auction.

This observation carried across to out sales experience, which exceeded out expectations. Beyond they immediate negotiation regarding the offer they keep us fully informed in regards to our buyer's meeting of their pre-condition (the sale of their home) and also facilitated arrangements for secondary items (e.g. a tractor sale). Matt and Tegan worked in a really efficient manner. They greeted us with a cheerful smile each time we met. They have an excellent knowledge and a real grasp on the local real estate market. All of our questions, queries were responded to in a pleasant and professional manner. We have no hesitation in referring them to potential buyers and thoroughly endorse their ability to get the job done.

Matt valued the place, and there was an offer in the first week which was the same as the valuation amount. I thought this meant an eager market and the price could go higher. A few more weeks of inspections, with lower offers coming in, and then two more offers at the same price. Market was clearly as Matt had valued it as, so I accepted.
