Matt and Tegan worked in a really efficient manner. They greeted us with a cheerful smile each time we met. They have an excellent knowledge and a real grasp on the local real estate market. All of our questions, queries were responded to in a pleasant and professional manner. We have no hesitation in referring them to potential buyers and thoroughly endorse their ability to get the job done.

Matt valued the place, and there was an offer in the first week which was the same as the valuation amount. I thought this meant an eager market and the price could go higher. A few more weeks of inspections, with lower offers coming in, and then two more offers at the same price. Market was clearly as Matt had valued it as, so I accepted.
