Matt exceeded all our expectations - but it was really the "after sales" service that blew us away. Being from Melbourne, Real Estate agents are centered around the Sale and when that is done, their job is complete. Not for Matt though. Having no local knowledge he helped locate at least 3 each reputable, conveyancing services, building inspection services, removalists, plumber and electrian (as we were renovating immedaitely). All these services turned out to be excellent. Not only this but he could provide very quick answers from the Vendor as to where the communal power and water meters were, how to get access to the lock up downstairs, who the Body Corp Manager was (and organised a meet and greet with her) etc. I would thoughly recommend Matt to any Vendor, Purchaser or Landlord. Matt really took his time when we first viewed the property to explain a lot about the purchasing process and worked hard running back and forth between us and the seller. He was easy to make contact with during the process and always returned missed calls etc. Happy to recommend him.
Overall our advertising and selling process lasted a little more than 8 days. This can be credited to Matt's approach to our property and the advice provided. Matt had an understanding and personal knowledge of our property and the location through his own personal connections to the area. We selected Matt following three agent reviews of our property, although Matt was not the best on price he was able to offer firm and informed advice. He understood our approach to selling the property and where we wished to be positioned with regard to price. Of the three agents interviewed he was the only one that was prepared to commit to attaining the asking price. We are thank full for this as our price was reached in negotiation between Matt and the purchaser, with only one formal offer (being made to us)! Matt was able to achieve a quick sale without us being worried by offer/counter offer and for that matter no haggling!. We have no reservations in recommending Matt as a Real-estate agent of choice to sell your property.
