Matt's a nice guy. Matt was obliging about providing me access to the property so that I could get a builder's quote and see the place again. Matt was working for the sellers but I felt like he coached me along when I didn't know what to say to the builders or what to do next in the process. Overall, Matt made me feel taken care of. I don't have any regrets about purchasing the property.
