Perfect communicator, made everything so simple.

This was our first time selling our first home and Matt made everything feel so easy, and responded very quickly to every question we had. He worked around us, organised everything that needed to be done like furnishing the house, meeting the building inspector at the house for us when we couldn’t be there and the list goes on. Completely hassle free and made selling a house go as smooth as possible. Went above and beyond and actually got us a better price than we were expecting. He was there every step of the way. The minute we met him we knew we were in safe hands. He really knew he’s stuff and even dummied it down for us when we didn’t understand something. He’s negotiation skill is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended !
