I was very impressed with Matt Clark, I had been looking for a house for a few weeks with no success and was also beginning to feel that some of the real estate agents I had been dealing with not being as honest and upfront as I would prefer making me feel comfortable spending such a large sum buying my first house on my own. When I found the property Matt was selling I contacted him immediately and was shown through the property the next day. All of my questions were answered, he was prepared already with a section 32 and did not make me wait around for any extra time when I had made a decision to put in an offer. Any concerns I had he offered helpful suggestions and good advice and was willing to communicate with the vendor regarding any of my queries. He never made me feel like my questions were too extensive and helped me to feel confidant making this purchase. If I was to purchase or sell in the future I would use Matt as he is genuine, helpful and honest. Does not give the shifty salesman vibe at all. Very happy buyer!
