I would like to say thanks to Matt and his team at Professionals namely Luke and Ravi. They did an excellent job in marketing my property with speed and professionalism. We had to execute the sale of our property to coincide with a new purchase and the deal hinges on our property to sell. Knowing what is at stake Matt and his team took the tasks and delivered. Their knowledge on the market helped and you can be as engaging or less if you want. They know how to approach you to cater for your preferences. Communication is great, i prefer email/text due to my busy schedule and they got that going for me but when there is an urgent matter to discuss a quick phone call away at almost any hour is available. There was no stress in the process as Matt and his team took care of it all. This property means alot to my family but sadly I had to let it go and Matt and his team made the journey easy as we move on to the next chapter of our lives. Most people who are new into selling might get the feeling that the real estate agent is only interested in making money. These guys are interested in helping you and they didnt give me the feeling that they needed to make a sale and offer other pre purchase services as complimentary.
