Matt Conduit and the team at Granger Clark are absolute marketing magicians! Their selling prowess is second to none, and they have an uncanny ability to answer questions promptly, leaving no room for doubt. They are a powerhouse of professionalism, making every interaction a pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough – they are true experts in their field, and their commitment to excellence is truly commendable!

Matt and Luke were so easy to deal with when purchasing my house in Ballajura. In a tough market with plenty of competition up against me they assisted me in making an offer which was accepted the following day. Cant recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks team!

“I purchased through Matt and found his level of service to be above and beyond and I would highly recommend his whole team to any future purchasers if they require a great level of service.” Keep up the good work

I have known Matt Condit for several years, when it came to selling my property he was the obvious choice. Well informed and knowledgeable about the market, Matt and his team were friendly, polite and professional from the first meeting, keeping me up to date all the way through the process of selling my property. Five days by appointment only, impressed is an understatement, sometimes 5 stars are just not enough, thank you Matt

Matt and his team kept me informed at all stages of the process. Furthermore Matt has been very professional and the house sold within a week.

Matt and the Team. We have used the Professionals 3 times for selling and one time for purchasing in the last 15 years. We have found Matt to be honest in his valuation, we have valued his opinion to improve the property before putting on the market, in all aspects of the selling process of our properties. Matt gets the best pricing as possible for his clients, we made him work for his money this last time :) Thanks Matt for everything you do. PS We gave his staff a smile on the What's App post

Matt is very professional, friendly and explained the selling process very well. He was always available for support and to answer any questions. Any issues were sorted out straight away. Matt worked to get the best price for the property and the process was open and transparent. Matt and the team constantly communicated with me on updates and any issues that arose, and helped with items that were not their responsibility but had knowledge of through experience.

Living in the Eastern States and selling our property in Ellenbrook WA meant we needed someone trustworthy in our corner. WOW what a great job they did. The team are so professional in all their communications and updates AND the house sold within one week. We couldn't be more than happier with what they did for us.

We highly recommend! Matt, Luke, Alex and team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise and commitment. Throughout the process, they were attentive to our needs and always kept us informed about every step of the selling process. Their extensive knowledge about the local real estate market, along with their keen negotiation skills, helped secure the best possible price for our property. The marketing strategy they implemented was highly effective, resulting in a quick sale.

We can’t thank Matt, Luke and Alex enough for the wonderful job they did selling our home. From our first meeting we felt assured they were the best for the job, due to their professionalism, attentiveness, high level of communication and commitment to us. We were so happy throughout the process, receiving regular updates, advice and the way they helped arrange contractors as needed. The process was a lot less stressful than it should have been. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!

'Matt , Luke and Alex helped us buy our property in Marangaroo. They were professional throughout the process & helped our negotiations from the home open through to having our offer accepted. Since the acceptance they have guided us through everything required so that our offer became unconditional. They have helped with suggestions re change of addresses, gas and electricity connections and making the hassle of moving that bit easier. Thanks guys it is a pleasure doing business with you all.

Both Matt and Luke have been super responsive throughout the whole process of our first investment property. We are purchasing it interstate and was worried of how it would work but the team put us at ease. It has been such a nice experience dealing with the them. Highly recommended.
