After several conversations with Matt and considering his opinion; I had the confidence to list the property at my desired price (despite at least 2 other real estate agents telling me otherwise). The house was under offer within 2 weeks and I achieved slightly higher than the listed price. This was all done despite the complexity of COVID and a current tenant in the house.
