I have found that what he says the market is is correct I noted a lot of other agents state high expected prices but the market tells you differently . Matt is in tune with the market. His teams approach of Appointment only is a good one this helps with the security of your property and you have actual buyers looking not the neighbor down the rd having a sticky.
