What I liked most about Matt is that he was always prompt in getting back to me straight away. Also after each week, and sales appointment with a potential buyer he would phone me and let me know how it went. There would also be a record sent to me regularly how the response was whether people checking the online advert or calling him. And Matt was always very helpful and professional. I recommend him!
Matt was good because he was always courteous and not too pushy . He listened to my ideas, like when I wanted to have a home open at a specific time , he tried it. When I wanted to keep the price at a certain level and not drop it just yet, he agreed with that. But he also told me directly his views on what should happen next. Besides that, he always was very prompt and efficient at getting back to me with emails and text messages and gave me twice a week reports on the buyer activity. What stands out is he gets to something straight away and good with communication. I appreciated too that he had an assistant ( Luke ) that attended to some things also, so I had two guys on the job.
