When the time came to sell my home I had no hesitation in choosing Matt from Professionals Granger Clark. Matt had been to my home a number of times over the course of a 16.5 year ownership to provide appraisals. At each visit he was not 'pushing' for me to sign up, leaving it up to me to make that decision if required. During my recent sale Matt, and his assistant Vanessa, were very professional in all their communications. They were never 'pushy' and always considered my needs when arranging a viewing, etc. I believe Matt negotiated with the buyer to obtain the best price in the current market, although as a vendor I would have preferred a higher price, however this was unrealistic considering the market. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone considering selling their property in Alexander Heights.
