We have been dealing with Matt Condit & Vanessa Burke from Granger Clark Real Estate, Marangaroo since 2004 At the time we were looking for our first Investment Property. Matt took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and goes out of his way to find the right Property. We have been purchasing properties with Matt since then we have bought 3, this was the first time his team has sold a property for us. We would like to thank Matt and his Team for the professional way they have always handled themselves. We are always kept updated via phone or email as to what is happening. Both Matt & Vanessa are always polite and genuine; their knowledge of the properties, the suburbs and the surrounding areas is highly commendable We have been lucky to have had a quick and stress-free sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone thinking of listing their or buying a property. Thank you again, Kevin & Yvonne June 2015

When buying or selling, we only call Matt. He has outstanding customer service in addition to be reliable, informative of current market and always communicates all progress big or small.

Thanks Matt & Vanessa for the great service provided in selling our property in Ballajura. Your team is professional by name and also by nature! With your friendly positive attitude and calm disposition we felt comfortable discussing important aspects of the sales process with your team. We were very impressed with the quick sale within the first week of listing and the great price you negotiated for us. We recommend your services to others looking to sell by the team that knows Ballajura and look forward to utilising your skills again when we sell our next property. Thanks again! Alex & Nat
