I received a flyer in the mail from Matt so i decided to put my property on the market. I had tried to sell 12 month back but no luck. I had an appraisal from another agent who i was concerned had underquoted and had advised me to accept an offer. I got a second opinion from Matt. His opinion was better but not wild. I went with his advice and aold for my asking price in 1 day. So yes I'm very happy.
