I was initially a little apprehensive as to achieving a sale above $600k but after a visit from Matt and Paddy Ryan they came back to me with an assessment of $625k to $635k which gave me the confidence to purchase new property first and then sell my existing property. By doing this way I was able to effect a non rushed change over and relocation. Matt initiated process very professionally and I was able to work methodically through the relocation process. Not only this the eventual buyer appeared before we went to market so was able to set a sale price $650f and hold my ground as they had been unsuccessful in securing properties once on the market. The benefit for me was negating considerable costs for marketing and pre market furnishings. Very appreciative of the work undertaken by Matt and his co workers.
