Kind, Caring, Honest and getting the best he can.

Matt is a great communicator both with the buyer and seller. Unlike other agents I have sold with, Matt works for the seller. He is always within phone reach (selling, buying and moving is very stressful especially when you are in your 70s) and giving honest feedback. He is also supportive of the potential buyer, making sure they get the information they need to make an informed decision. He knows the market well, and living in a manufactured home he also knows the Act and Regulations. My sale was complicated by a change of Park Owner but Matt was able to work with the Resort Manager to ensure this did not influence the sale.
