My experience with this agency was really stressful and disappointing. I was rushed and pressured to get my finance approved over the Christmas period, even though banks were closed, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The final inspection was on Friday, just three days before settlement. With Saturday and Sunday being the weekend and Monday a public holiday, I had no time to deal with issues, and the problems found at the final inspection were only confirmed fixed on settlement day. After settlement, I realized that I wasn’t given all the keys to the property. I only received one garage key for a two-car garage and no keys for the main bedroom (which had a lock) or the mailbox. When I asked about this, they said they could call out a locksmith to rekey the door, but it would be at my expense. This costed me over $100 Two weeks later, the air conditioning completely stopped working, and I got no support or help from the agents. Overall, communication, timelines, and after-sale service were terrible. The whole process felt rushed, one-sided, and extremely frustrating.
