Excellent team, very efficient, and great to work with.

After speaking with several agents, we decided on listing with Matt and his team. As we had never sold a home before, Matt clearly explained the selling process, how he would market our home, and how he came to the listing price. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to sell our home on the first home open and above the asking price. Next time we sell, we'll be using Matt again.
