We were faced with a tricky situation, when purchasing our home. There were many agents within the area, but we didn't have much spare time to be mucked around looking at properties, which were not suitable. Circumstances meant we left a contact message on the internet, on a public holiday. Within a very short time, we were contacted by this agent.
