We purchased and then sold a Scarborough property through Matt. In both cases he showed patience and delivered. At no time did we feel pressure from his end for a quick sale. More a recommendation and leave the final decision up to you. He has the sellers position first and foremost, however showed appropriate concern for the buyers, filtered out the time wasters and supported the final groups to get the deal done. He also showed his resilience with some adversity with a debatable B&P report finding along the way trying to stop unnecessary expenses at our end.
