My main comment relates to not being kept fully informed as to progress along the way. For me the whole process was outside my experience, and I was under some pressure in relation to my new abode at Bull Creek. On the other hand, for you Matt it was all a familiar routine, you could read the Real Estate “tea leaves”, I could not! Thus, for example, your weekly news sheet was largely irrelevant, what I wanted was to know how the sale of my house was progressing; I had little interest in the market in general. Notwithstanding the above comments, which are of minor concern, I would, and have already done so, recommend Harcourt’s Empire to anyone in the Wembley Downs area requiring Real Estate services.
