All arrangements for the sale were handled in a most professional manner and everyone at Harcourt’s Empire were most helpful. My main comment relates to not being kept fully informed as to progress along the way. For me the whole process was outside my experience, and I was under some pressure in relation to my new abode at Bull Creek. On the other hand, for you Matt it was all a familiar routine, you could read the Real Estate “tea leaves”, I could not! Thus, for example, your weekly news sheet was largely irrelevant, what I wanted was to know how the sale of my house was progressing; I had little interest in the market in general. Notwithstanding the above comments, which are of minor concern, I would, and have already done so, recommend Harcourt’s Empire to anyone in the Wembley Downs area requiring Real Estate services.
