In the last month, after meeting with two other agents, Tom from the Matt Micallef office of Ray White rang me, and impressed me so much initially, I actually let him do a valuation on my late father's Home without me being there, as I had gone interstate. He rang me from there, bursting with genuine enthusiasm in regard to the property, and what he, and on discussion with Matt could achieve ...... I was so blown away with the sheer passion and drive, I remember saying to my brothers " He nearly sold it to me" I gave it to him on the spot to handle, and from that minute on, I was kept informed of all results, and only real offers, which as I may not have mentioned, was a big issue as there are four executors to this estate, and between Tom and I we managed to communicate quickly and efficiently to all.
