A lot of reviews are fluff so let me be direct. Matt has intimate knowledge in the suburbs we were looking to purchase, he knew what the fair price to pay was vs. over the top, he went above and beyond to help but overall he's a top bloke. We'd had moved back to Australia from overseas and wanted a perfect family home and Matt absolutely delivered and helped us all the way through the process. If you want someone who really knows they are doing and generally cares about helping you without any BS attitude that you see with a lot of agents then this is your man. With the high price range of our home, we were a little hesitant to go with Ray White Robina, but the sale process, skill and final result that Matt had previously achieved for my daughter, convinced us otherwise. Our house was sold in 5 days. Not necessarily unusual for the market today, but the price was nearly double that of any other house in the estate this alone made it a difficult sale. Matt’s guidance, constant updates and market knowledge undoubtedly led us to a sale price that many other agents had said was unrealistic. If you are looking for a true professional, then Matt is who I would recommend to anyone.
