With the high price range of our home, we were a little hesitant to go with Ray White Robina, but the sale process, skill and final result that Matt had previously achieved for my daughter, convinced us otherwise. Our house was sold in 5 days. Not necessarily unusual for the market today, but the price was nearly double that of any other house in the estate this alone made it a difficult sale. Matt’s guidance, constant updates and market knowledge undoubtedly led us to a sale price that many other agents had said was unrealistic. If you are looking for a true professional, then Matt is who I would recommend to anyone.
