I understand that Matt has always been full on his back to back inspections when only private inspections were allowed during Covid-19 and when open inspections has been suspended but it is not an excuse not to get back to buyers e-mail, sms and other queries causing the signed contract arrived at buyers end not until towards the close of business day on the next day the contract was dated. Has caused 2 full business days LOST at buyers end! Hope he improves in getting back to the buyers.
