Well what can’t I say about Matt. From the first phone call Matt was impressive. We live interstate and have tried to sell this house twice before with a lot of years in between our tries. We explained this to Matt and from the very first he promised he would get it done. He actually sold it 3 times but due to unforeseen circumstances it didn’t take the first two times. Through this whole experience Matt has taken all of the pressure from us and looked after absolutely everything. It’s a stressful business selling but Matt and the whole team made it a great one. He’s very professional, but has a great sense of humor. He also follows through with what he says he’s going to do and goes the extra mile. Matt used a unique technique to gauge what price we should list our house at. We all revealed what we thought the house was worth at the same time to show where we all stood. We told Matt in confidence the lowest price we would accept and before the house hit the market we had an off market buyer offer us a reduced price which hit our lowest price on the head. Matt said if we can wait a few days for our first open house he thinks we have a good chance of receiving another offer or two. He was able to get 48 groups of people through our home in 2 days! With 7 strong offers! We settled with over $30,000 extra money in our pocket! His experience and lack of greed paid off for us. He could have said job done on the first offer and walked away but he was willing to put in the hard yards to help my family secure the best price possible. We have a second property which we may sell next year and Matt will be the agent who sells it. If you need an agent give Matt 5 minutes to sit down with you and tell you why he is different. It sure paid off for us.
To be honest I have no negative feedback for Matt. He worked hard for us to make the entire process as smooth as possible while also getting us the best deal for our home.
