Sold the house quickly. Pushed the first offer, which was a good offer but then didn’t really enhance any further inspections. As soon as contract was agreed he disappeared. Referred us to the worst conveyancer who didn’t own a calculator. Never called to say thanks or anything at settlement or when he got paid. Would not recommend.
