Knowledgeable and willing

Matt was understanding of our requirements and conditions of purchase which made the contract negotiations hassle free but our greatest experience was Matt's willingness to help AFTER the the contract had gone unconditional! He continued to liaise with the sellers to inform us of moving dates and to support us moving out from our current place and in to our new home. We are very impressed with Matt and will absolutely utilise his services in the future.
