Matt presented the property in an attractive way and as soon as I walked in, he and his team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being annoying. I didn't initially expect to be ready to buy the property but Matt and team kept me engaged in a friendly way and as it turns out that played out well for them and the seller because I ended up being the buyer. He worked with the seller and me to negotiate an agreeable price and conditions for the purchase and then he and his team worked very effectively to help get all the small stuff sorted out and across the line. After the deal was done, Matt and the team were on the phone with me regularly to make various arrangements and agree small details so that I could move into my new home feeling great about my purchase and with everything ready to go.
