Matt knew what house I wanted and did not waste my time showing me unsuitable properties.I was only 3 day's in Springfield Lakes from Melbourne and found the house that I call home now. Matt Moran was professional from the first meeting where we invited Matt to carry out a home appraisal. Matt remained in contact with Katrina and I during our full renovation, always checking on our progress, and always letting us know when he had someone interested in our home. Our renovations did take longer than anticipated (18 months). Through this lengthy time Matt remained patient and professional. Matt came straight over once I called him to inform the reno's had been completed. Matt gave us a new appraisal and was right on the money. Our home was completed mid April 2017, and Matt had the need only for one open house. Matt had a contract on our home within (and less than) 10 days, and Matt got the price we wanted.
